Where are you located?

Our yard is located at 12b Sheffield Crescent, Burnside. Check the Home page for location map.

Do I need to make a booking?

The best way of making sure we have a space available for you to park your car is to pre book your Christchurch Airport parking with us and receive a confirmation. You can call us on our freephone, book online or send us an email.

I arrive at midnight, does that mean I pay for an extra night?

We charge per full night storage but you will be charged after hours fee.

How do I get to and from the airport?

We offer 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. After hours fee applies.

Where do you meet me?

We will collect you from the pick up area outside Christchurch Airport Terminals.

How do I get to Christchurch Airport?

We use our courtesy van to transfer our customers to the Airport terminals. If any special arrangements need to be addressed for your transportation please talk to us.

Who drives my vehicle when I am away?

Only our experienced team and anyone you may authorize will drive your vehicle while in storage. Please note if you do not authorize anyone apart from yourself we will not release the vehicle.

What if I need someone to access my vehicle while I'm away?

You must advise us details of who is allowed to access your vehicle while you are away.

If I need to come back early do I need to let you know?

Any changes to the booking details must be notified to us as soon as possible.

What other services do you offer?

While you are away we can take care of your wof, get your car service by our experienced team, clean the car for you (several grooming options available) and even refuel it.

Am I covered by your insurance whilst the vehicle is in storage?

Your car should be covered by your vehicle policy whilst in storage and in transit (if in doubt, check with your insurer). We have public liability insurance.
